(2) During the meeting of the sub-committee constituted in accordance with section 53 of the Act, the coordinator, member or invited member of the sub-committee other than the employees of the authority present in such meeting may receive meeting allowance and transportation facilities as specified by the Ministry of Finance.
(3) The daily visit allowance to be received by the members of the committee shall be in accordance with the financial regulations of the authority.
